I'm a detail-oriented accountant and owner of a successful  rental company. With 10 years of experience, I like to brings  exceptional attention to detail, expertise in accounting, and a  commitment to outstanding service to tenants and investors alike. Known  for maintaining well-maintained properties, accurate financial records,  and efficient systems, I love to ensures smooth operations and maximum  profitability. When not managing properties, I love working out and reading, and actively support local causes. 

Born and raised in the Silicon Valley, Ryan graduated with a BS in International Business from San Jose State University. In 2006, He moved to Utah to help manage his family's real estate portfolio. After stabling the investments, he gained experience in the corporate world as an Associate Manager assisting with New Market Development Projects for a Health and Wellness company. Realizing that his love is in Real Estate, Ryan kicked off his career as a Realtor and Property Manager in 2015. His passion is in helping Families obtain their goals of home ownership and helping Investors build their portfolio. When not working, his favorite past times is spending time with his family and Baby Boy. Ryan also loves fishing and boating.
